Tools for woodworkers

Tools for grinding and structuring are waiting for you.

Grinding & edge breaking

The surface quality of wood significantly determines the appearance, feel, and further processing of workpieces, which is why grinding forms the basis for high-quality results. With boeck grinding brush discs, the intensity of the grinding process can be precisely controlled: depending on the bristle material, a fine or more pronounced grinding pattern is produced, optimally tailored to the type of wood and the application.
Edge rounding also plays a crucial role in the quality and value of wood products. Rounded edges increase safety, improve the feel, and are particularly important for furniture and toys. With boeck sanding brush discs, edges can be rounded gently or more significantly depending on the bristle material – resulting in precise, consistent finishes that meet the requirements of any application.

Structure

During the structuring process, softer wood components are selectively removed, while the hard annual rings are largely preserved. This creates a natural, tactile surface texture.
With our boeck disc brushes and wheels, the depth and intensity of the structure can be precisely adjusted – depending on the design and desired result.
