The 125 mm diameter disc brush is a highly efficient industrial tool specifically designed for demanding surface finishing applications. Thanks to the QUICK mounting system, the brush can be quickly and securely attached to machines with either clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, ensuring flexible and time-saving operation.

The brush is available in various bristle types (F, FS, S, SMS, TF), each with precisely matched bristle designs, for example K60, K80, or diameter-accurate steel wire thicknesses from 0.10 mm to 0.38 mm. This variability allows for optimal adaptation to different materials and cleaning requirements.

The bristle height of 30 mm to 45 mm and the bristle diameters of 7 mm or 8 mm guarantee excellent stability and durability of the brush, even under heavy loads. The flat bristle angle of 0° ensures even and controlled working pressure, resulting in gentle processing of the workpiece.

Depending on requirements, the disc brush can be equipped with 2 or 3 rows to optimally enhance cleaning or deburring performance. This robust and versatile tool is therefore perfectly suited for professional use in industry, trade, and manufacturing.
