BOECK TOOLS FOR COSTA MACHINES

The tool for deburring sheet metal! We provide economical solutions for deburring and edge rounding of sheet metal, such as abrasive cloth belts, deburring discs, deburring wheels, grinding brushes and deslagging brushes.

Deslagging brushes are used to remove slag after plasma or oxyfuel cutting. A multitude of mounted pins knock off the slag deposits.

Excess material, such as burrs or splashes on the component surface, is removed using abrasive cloth belts.

Our tools are compatible with all COSTA grinding and deburring machines: especially with the MD-MW, MP-WP and MD5-MD4 series.

On COSTA machines, sheet metal is primarily deburred and edge-rounded using deburring discs, grinding brushes or deburring wheels. Depending on the application, these tools are available in various configurations, grit sizes and grit technologies.
