SHEET METAL TOOLS FOR CHAMPIONS

Tools for deslagging, pre-grinding and deburring, deburring and edge-rounding, oxide removal and finishing grinding are waiting for you.

Deslagging

Plasma and oxyfuel cutting often result in slag formation at the beam exit side. This slag must be reliably removed before further processing. Our boeck deslagging brushes with flexibly mounted pins remove slag efficiently and evenly. The result: clean cut edges as a reliable basis for cost-effective downstream processes.

Pre-Grinding & Deburring

Laser, plasma, oxyfuel, or punching processes leave behind burrs and surface irregularities. Pre-grinding removes these contaminants and the primary burr in a controlled manner – minimizing the formation of secondary burrs. Our boeck carrier systems for grinding belts, discs, and sheets ensure precise, uniform material removal across the entire component surface.

Deburring & Edge-rounding

In this process step, primary and secondary burrs are removed and edges are rounded. This ensures reliable components, standard-compliant radii, and optimal adhesion for subsequent coatings. Our boeck deburring discs, rollers, blocks, and brushes adapt flexibly to internal and external contours, guaranteeing consistent, reproducible results.

Oxide removal

Oxygen cutting creates oxide layers on the cut edges, which can impair the adhesion of coatings. Our boeck oxide brushes reliably remove these dark layers. Specially developed wire bristles adapt to the contours and produce bright, metallic edges.

Finish-grinding

In this process step, scratches are removed and defined surface structures are created: from functional grinding to decorative surfaces or high gloss. Our boeck tools, based on abrasive fleece, fabric, or felt – as belts or wheels – achieve consistent, reproducible results.
